Having honed his early culinary skills in Italian cuisine cooking at his parents’ restaurant since childhood, Che Emil pursued his passion in culinary cooking and opened his first restaurant in Costa Smeralda in Sardinia at the age of 24.
Today he resides in Kuala Lumpur and brings us the genuine flavours of authentic Italian cuisine food, ranging from freshly cooked dishes to cold meat piadina sandwiches and yummy Italian desserts.
